Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

• Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.

• Condition: The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original, undamaged condition.

• Packaging: All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included.

• Damage or Installation: Items that have been used, installed, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund.

To initiate a return, please contact us at ian.heavymetalfab@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once the return is approved and the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or sent in error.
